Bagley Fire Area Closure Update (Shasta-Trinity NF Fall Storms Flood)

REDDING, Calif., May 21, 2013 – Effective May 2, 2013 the Bagley Fire Emergency Closure Order (No. 14-12-02) has been amended to reopen certain roads impacted by the Bagley Fire and subsequent winter storms in the area. The area that remains closed is to ensure that the public does not enter into an area that has unsafe road surface or hazard tree conditions related to wildfire severity and storms in the affected areas of the Bagley Fire Incident. The Bagley Fire Emergency Closure Amendment Four states: 1. Going into or being upon National Forest System lands within the Bagley Fire Closure Area. The Bagley Fire Closure Area begins at the intersection of Forest Road No. 34N17 and Forest Road No. 35N02, and then continues east along Forest Road No. 34N17 to its intersection with the section line between Sections 10 and 11 of Township 35 North, Range 2 West, Mt.
